Enduring Understanding:
Students will research the affect that poverty has in their community and how many individuals are impacted from poverty. Students will find statistical data such as how many students have free and reduced lunch and the impact that poor nutrition has on students' brain and body functions. Students will come up with solutions that society can implement to help individuals facing poverty. |
